How to buy tickets on Předprodejka.cz?
Select an event, choose ticket type and quantity, fill in your details and pay online by card. After payment you will receive an order confirmation.
How much time do I have to complete my order?
After selecting tickets, you have 15 minutes to complete and pay your order. Remaining time is shown in the bar at the top. If not paid in time, tickets are released back for sale.
Where do I find my tickets after payment?
After payment, find your tickets on the Find Order page. Enter your email and order code from the confirmation. Tickets contain a QR code for entry.
Can I return or cancel a ticket?
Cancellation policy depends on the event organizer. Contact the organizer via the contact details on the event page.
How does presale work?
Presale allows you to buy tickets online before the event. The organizer sets presale start and end dates. You can purchase anytime during this period.
What payment methods are available?
Available payment methods depend on organizer settings. Typically card payments (Visa, Mastercard) via a secure payment gateway. On-site payment may be available at events with a cashdesk.
Where can I find my order?
On the Find Order page, enter the email used for purchase and the order code from the confirmation email. You can re-download your tickets.
Is buying on Předprodejka.cz safe?
Yes. Payments are processed by a certified payment gateway. The site is HTTPS encrypted and your data is protected under GDPR.

What happens during high demand?
During high traffic, a virtual queue is automatically activated to ensure fair ordering. Your queue position is displayed on the event page.
